• Strategy is delivered outside Canada

• Record written in English

• Record written in a language other than English

• Strategy targets adults 18 + years old belonging to a specific populationa, or stakeholders of the specific population (e.g. a healthcare professional)

• Strategy targets individuals under the age of 18 belonging to a specific population or stakeholders
