  1. GAD-7 consisted of seven items with a total score ranging from 0 to 21 points. Higher scores indicated greater severity of symptoms. A score of 0–4 points indicated no anxiety, 5–9 points indicated mild anxiety, 10–14 points indicated moderate anxiety, and 15–21 points indicated severe anxiety
