  1. All 12 food items were evaluated in grams (g) except sodium, which was evaluated in milligrams (mg). The content in column 4 “Criteria for maximum score” is the recommended daily intake per meal, which is converted from the recommended daily intake defined in the Guidelines. A score of 10 was assigned if the mass of a food item in the sample met or exceeded the “criteria for maximum score”; otherwise, it was scored according to the percentage. For example, if the fruit content of a sample set meal was 40 g, the score would be 4.82 (40/83*10)
