Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) | Outlined benchmarks and injects that drove exercise play. Exercise Evaluation Guides (EEG) | Provided a consistent tool to guide data collection. It also provided a template for evaluators to write observations, accompanying discussions and recommendations and enabled them to capture strengths and areas for improvement related to each exercise objective and critical task.
