Influenza-related hospital outcomes by age group for the 2017/18 and 2018/19 influenza seasons. The proportion of patients contributing to the number of hospital admissions, bed days and hospitalisation cost were stratified by age group across both influenza seasons. The results indicate that the < 65 year age group in the 2018/19 influenza season contributed to a greater proportion of each of the three primary outcome measures compared to the 2017/18 season
