Low physical activity (< 600 MET-min), current smoking (Yes/No), current khat chewers (Yes/No). Hypertension (SBP ≥140 mmHg, DBP ≥90 mmHg and/or being on blood pressure lowering medication), overweight and obesity (BMI ≥ 25 kg/m2). High waist circumference (≥80 cm for women & ≥ 94 cm for men), Diabetes (≥7.0 mmol/l and/or being on medication). High triglycerides level (≥ 1.7 mmol/l). High cholesterol (TC: HDL ratio ≥ 5 and/or being on medication)
