  2. b= Fitness tests include endurance test (Andersen test), strength (handgrip) and balance.
  3. c= Oxygen uptake was performed on 1st grade pupils only as it is very time consuming.
  4. d= Blood samples include serum cholesterol, High-density Lipoprotein (HDL), Ferritin, Iron, Cobalamin (total vitamin B12), Holotranscobalamin (active vitamin B12), Creatinine, HS-CRP, blood count, Haemoglobin, Hematocrit and HbA1c.
