  3. cSystolic blood pressure ≥140 mm Hg and/or diastolic blood pressure ≥90 mm Hg
  4. dSystolic blood pressure ≥140 mm Hg and/or diastolic blood pressure ≥90 mm Hg or taking medications for hypertension
  5. eSystolic blood pressure ≥140 mm Hg and/or diastolic blood pressure ≥90 mm Hg or taking medications for hypertension or previously diagnosed with hypertension
