  2. Group1: regions with a relatively high suicide rate compared to control regions, examined to gauge the effectiveness of the community-based multimodal intervention program for suicide prevention.
  3. Group 2: highly-populated regions, examined in order to explore the effectiveness of the community-based multimodal intervention program for suicide prevention.
