  2. Results of multivariate backwards binary logistic regression analyses. Non-significant (P >0.05) predictors were backward-deleted. Variables that were excluded from all models due to non-significance were child’s gender, BMI of both parents, recruitment channel, educational level of the mother, country of birth of both parents, employment status of both parents and age of mother at birth of child.
