  1. 1 36 schools (19%) moved from school size category between baseline and follow up.
  2. 2 Vocational education schools included schools only offering ‘preparatory vocational education’. Mixed schools included schools offering ‘preparatory vocational education’ senior general education’ and/or ‘university preparatory education’. Higher education schools included schools offering ‘senior general education’ and or ‘university preparatory education’,
  3. 3 Of 16 schools (8.5%) the educational level changed between baseline and follow up.
