  1. ¥ The non rotated factor analysis provided the best fit to the data; Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin sampling adequacy equals 0.929 and 0.944 for perceived and enacted stigmas respectively; All anti-image matrices measures of sampling adequacy (MSA) were near or greater than 0.9 for both scales; Bartlett’s test of sphericity, p < 0.001 for both scales; ‘Yes’, indicates criteria is fulfilled, ‘No’ indicates otherwise. Kaiser recommends extracting factors with eigen value of ≥1; Scree (Cattel’s) test recommends extracting factors above the elbow of the scree plot. PA: parallel analysis.
