  4. € Ano-rectal discharge: defined as symptoms of tenesmus and ano-rectal discharge seen on clinical examination.
  5. # Vaginal cervical discharge: defined as female with vaginal or cervical discharge on examination.
  6. ¥ Lower abdominal pain: defined as female who has lower abdominal pain with or without cervical motion tenderness.
