  1. 1 We used whole school year and class groups as our sampling frame. Ages ranged slightly outside year group standards. The majority of respondents (94.3%) was aged 13-16 years. ("13 years and younger" includes 78 twelve year olds. "16 years and over" includes eight over-16s)
