Assuming a threshold of €20,000 or €50,000 per QALY specific threshold costs are €57.75 or €77.10 in the base case, €61.29 or €85.92 when the QALY losses were based on the UK study, €53.04 or €65.31 when the QALY losses were based on the Canadian study, and €63.39 or €91.23 assuming QALY losses for 1 caregiver.
