  2. Site 1 = Incoming safe water (received in hospital only once a day) *No E. coli was detected in the municipal water supply.
  3. Site 2 = At the point of exit of inpatient wards of the hospital.
  4. Site 3 = 100 metres from the hospital in subsequent drains.
