  2. a Education was grouped into three categories: did not complete high school (secondary school), graduated high school, and completed technical school, university or graduate school

  4. c SES was determined based on an assets index developed by the Peruvian Association of Market Research Firms (APEIM). Categories A and B were combined because few households were in the highest SES (A) category (4.5%)
