Saga Stories: Your amazing body and brain

An inspirational and educational book covering the topics covered in the health talk that parents are encouraged to read together with their child at home.

A book featuring a story about the characters Saga and Samir building an obstacle course together. The book includes easy facts about the body and what happens when we move, but also includes a part with information directed only to parents.
