  1. Top five (5) spatial clusters and top three (3) space-time clusters reported. Spatial and space-time cluster analyses were implemented in SaTScan using Poisson distribution and a maximum spatial cluster size of < 50% of the population at risk. P-values for the detected clusters were calculated using SaTScan’s default setting which estimates p-values with a combination of standard Monte Carlo, sequential Monte Carlo, and Gumbel approximations.
