  1. Sex workers: PEH engaging in sex work. PEH: People experiencing homelessness. Seropositive: SARS-CoV-2 IgM and/or IgG antibodies detected in POCT. Smoker: either previously or currently smoking. IV drugs: use of intravenous drugs. Smoked drugs: drugs that were reported smoked. Alcohol use: intake of alcohol within the past 12 months. Alcohol Abuse: drinking more than the national recommendations of 2 drinks or less in a day for men or 1 drink or less in a day for women. Never COVID-19 Tested: never previously been tested for COVID-19. Data are n (%) unless otherwise specified. P values are calculated using Fisher’s exact test
