Database 2 (tests conducted in city laboratories) returned a zero information about the two departments of Corsica during the general lockdown phase. This could mean that no tests and no positive cases were reported during the first period. Other options might be considered: no information was transmitted, or Santé publique France found that delivered data were unreliable
