  1. Notes: Sample consists of vaccinated health workers. Germany has a three tiered school system. After primary school (grade 1 to 4) children select into one of the following schools: Hauptschule (grade 5 to 9), Realschule (grade 5 to 10), and Gymnasium (grade 5 to 12/13). While the Hauptschule/Realschule track allows children to qualify for vocational trainings, the Gymnasium track in addition allows to apply for colleges and universities. Health workers were recruited via Facebook (54 percent of respondents) and Instagram (46 percent of respondents)
