Even if I am walking, it is an exercise.

Exercise is running from one point to the other.

… beach boxing, that is what those at the beach likes to do.

And then skipping rope.

Swimming in a river.

With the children, I will recommend them playing some hide and seek among themselves.

Is a nice activity, it makes you feel tired as you flop your hand and legs, by the time you finish you will fee pains in your hands and legs joints. Swimming is a nice thing but if you haven’t done some before you will find it difficult.

I want to add what the youth can do; they can also pound fufu.

I think the elderly should be doing more of brisk walking, walking.

They can also weed.

Aerobics [are recommended for the elderly].

Whenever they meet, the exercise they should be doing is riding of bicycle.

And stretching to some extent like stretching all parts of the body, I think that will be very good for them [the elderly].
