Training

- 35 CHOs were trained in group sizes of 10–20. The majority completed 4 out of 4 training modules, held on separate days and spread out over several months

- 1 day for Midwives, SECHNs, MCH Aides

Equipment and materials

- Digital BP machine, glucometer, desktop guides, education picture card, eye test and BMI charts, and treatment cards

Mentorship

- Doctor and CHO mentoring visits to each CHC reviewing challenges, treatment cards, and clinical scenarios
