The log of per capita net income of the household

One of free medical insurance, urban employee basic medical insurance, urban resident basic medical insurance, supplementary medical insurance or new cooperative medical scheme = 1; Otherwise = 0

The source of drinking water is from tap water/mineral water/purified water/filtered water = 1; otherwise = 0

The time of the fastest way to the nearest medical point (Unit, minute)
