Variance of endline self-rated health scores between the 44 communities in which Transform was undertaken, by level of cognitive social capital. These communities were located in the Central and Southern regions of the Philippines. Decreasing level 2 variance is observed with higher cognitive social capital values, showing that participants in communities with higher cognitive social capital were more similar in their self-rated health score, compared to in communities with lower cognitive social capital
