Levels within categorical predictors were collapsed when there were only a small proportion of participants that endorsed an option (e.g., Ethnicity – Other includes Middle Eastern, African, Latin, Central and South American, and Pacific Islander participants). A single participant selected “Other” as their gender and was omitted from the regression
