Geographical distribution of indoor smoking by provinces and districts of Nepal. The prevalence is reported in percentage and is divided into six groups (< 50%, 50–60%, 60–70%, 70–80%, 80–90, > 90%). Estimates for two districts Manang, and Mustang were not available (NA). Refer to methods section for definition of variables, and Additional file 1: Table S1 for district and province wise estimates and their 95% CI. The map is created using GMAP procedure in SAS 9.4
