• The fidelity to the specific components of the intervention protocol

• Completion of on-site and web-based interventionist training

• Directly observed fidelity of intervention delivery (video recorded)

Maintenance—organizational level

• The extent to which organizations sustained the program after grant funding was complete

• Assessment of partner commitment to continue program implementation

Maintenance—individual level

• The extent to which individuals maintained behavior change after the intervention was complete
