Recruiting at least 20 participants within a month.

12 expressions of interest and seven participants included.

Majority of participants attending at least 5 out of 6 sessions.

Retaining at least 70% of participants at the 2-month follow up.

No participants dropped out from the programme. All participants remained in the programme until Session 6, and all returned the post-intervention and follow-up questionnaires.
