  1. In the worst-case analyses, children without vaccination certificates were regarded as unvaccinated, and, thus, all children could be used. In the best-case analyses, such children were excluded from the analysis, leading to different estimates of vaccination coverage. In the sub-analyses, only municipalities (and respectively kindergartens) with at least 10 children (worst case estimates) or with at least 10 children who presented vaccination certificates (best case estimates) were used
