Statistical analysis was done using the Kaplan-Meier model to estimate the survival probability after anti-TB initiation, and the Log rank test was used to assess the relationship between HIV status and mortality. The result showed that the survival time in days of HIV negative cohorts was significantly (Log rank test = 112.423, p < 0.001) higher than those of HIV positive cohorts.
