CONSORT diagrams for the Phase 1 and Phase 2 evaluation of the Families SHARE workbook. The evaluation of the Families SHARE workbook was conducted in two Phases. In Phase 1, 40 mothers were successfully enrolled from the 50 eligible persons contacted; 34 (85 %) completed follow-up assessments. The workbook was revised based on user recommendations through interview and focus groups. In Phase 2, the revised Families SHARE workbook was evaluated within a new sample.
