  2. bPercentage of participants who were surveyed at lunch time (versus dinner) in restaurants or in the morning or midday (versus afternoon or evening) in stores.
  3. cPercentage of participants who were surveyed on a weekday versus the weekend. For restaurants, Friday evening. Saturday, and Sunday were considered the weekend; for stores, all Friday-Sunday was considered the weekend.
  4. dPercentage of restaurant participants who reported they were celebrating a special occasion during their most recent meal at the restaurant.
