Cut off values for control categories are <7.0, 7.0–7.9, 8–9.9, ≥ 10 for HbA1c; <130/80; 130-9/80-9; 140-59/90–99, ≥ 160/100 mmHg for BP; and <2.6, 2.6–3.4, 3.5–4.9, ≥ 5 mmol/l for LDL-cholesterol. Blue: within recommended treatment targets.
