  1. • Daily activities include sorting/preparing/taking medications, carrying out treatments, testing and monitoring health, preparing special food and exercising or stretching.
  2. • General activities include shopping for health items, shopping for special foods, attending rehabilitation, attending health education, attending support groups, and reading health information.
  3. • “Medical activities” include organising appointments, organising travel to appointments, time in waiting rooms, attending consultations, blood tests/x-rays etc. and attending for other treatments.
