  1. The change between 1997 and 2003 values is assumed to be linear, and LiST calculates the mortality impact based on the values calculated for the year 2000 which was used as the baseline for project indicators.
  2. LiST interventions not being implemented to a significant extent in Mozambique at the time (coverage set to zero at baseline and final): child ART, PMTCT, preventive postnatal care, kangaroo mother care, active early detection of maternal and neonatal complications, multiple micronutrient supplementation, oral antibiotic case management of severe neonatal infections, injectable antibiotic case management of severe infections in neonates, zinc for prevention/treatment of diarrhea, rotavirus/Hib/pneumococcal vaccines.
