Vaccination is implemented at free of charge the three weeks before, exactly at, or three weeks after the peak of a pandemic influenza. Solid lines show the cumulative attack rate when vaccination is in alignment with utilitarian strategies when vaccination and is offered free of charge, whereas dotted lines show the cumulative attack rate assuming the vaccination is in alignment with the Nash strategies.
