Median daily dosages of the treatments in age groups for men and women who survived more than 30 days (n = 4025). Median daily dosages are presented as DDDs with 95% confidence intervals. DDD, defined daily dosages; ACE/ARB, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors/angiotensin II receptor blockers.
