South Asian Origin

Artificial/Assisted Conception of Fetus

Pregnant with Single Fetus

> 4 Live Births

Surrogate Mothers

Chronic Medical Conditions

- Active Cancers

- HIV

- Hepatitis B or C

- VDRL Positive

- Rheumatic Heart Disease

- Seizure Disorder

- Living in Canada < 9 months

- Father of the baby is not of South Asian origin
