  1. Total number of persons (deaths) is 40966 (866), whereof 16150 (361) are people with both parents born in western Finland, 10719 (298) with one or both parents born in eastern Finland, and 14097 (207) who are Swedish speakers.
  2. The model is adjusted for educational level, family type, and birth year.
  3. Wald statistic (degrees of freedom) and p-value are for the entire variable.
